    Special research collections of Michigan State University Libraries representing all activities of the contemporary men's movements. This includes materials devoted to father's rights, the National Organization of Men Against Sexism, mytho-poetic groups, and groups representing men's issues from all over the world, a large collection of periodicals and newsletters.

    A comprehensive and up-to-date bibliography of writing on men, masculinities, gender, and sexualities referencing about 16,700 books and articles, sorted into over thirty major subject areas.     The ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives houses the world's largest research library on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual,and Transgender heritage and concerns. It is affiliated with but not governed by the University of Southern California.

  • Shifting Gears: Finding Intimacy in Men's Friendships: A Photo-Narrative Project
    This exhibit portrays close and intimate relationships between male friends. It is about making visible what is possible. It is about men who tell each other about their lives, sharing their struggles and their joys, who are able to be vulnerable and be physically close.
  • Men's Health Network
    A non-profit educational organization comprised of physicians, researchers, public health workers, individuals and other health professiohals committed to improving the health and wellness of men through education campaigns, partnerships with retailers and other private entities, workplace health programs, data collection, and work with health care providers to provide better programs and funding for men's health needs
  • Men's Resource Center for Change
    Supports men, challenges men's violence, develops men's leadership in ending oppression in ourselves, our families, and our communities, supports men to overcome the damaging effects of rigid and stereotyped masculinity, and simultaneously confronts men's patterns of personal and societal violence and abuse toward women, children, and other men.
  • American Assembly for Men in Nursing
    Provides a framework for nurses as a group to meet, discuss, and influence factors which affect men as nurses.
  • National Men's Resource Center ("Menstuff")
    Information for and about men on the web, serving a diverse men's community (men's rights, mythopoetic, pro-feminist, recovery, re-evaluation counseling, and spiritual). Menstuff has 65 columnists reporting on a weekly or monthly basis and lists thousands of on-site men's book reviews & covers, men's resources and hyperlinks and hundreds of events, periodicals and groups. It provides information on hundreds of men's issues regarding positive change in male roles and relationships (including abuse, aging, circumcision, divorce, fathers, health, kidstuff, mid-life, multicultural, prostate cancer, relationship, sexuality, spirituality, testicular cancer, violence, work, etc.)
  • The Men's Center (Men's Resource Network, Inc)
    Assists men in finding male positive resources, information, and support, and seeks to empower men to lead healthy, productive and fulfilling lives. This will ultimately be beneficial to all men, women and children.
  • National Organization of Men Against Sexism (NOMAS)
    An activist organization of men and women supporting positive changes for men, NOMAS advocates a perspective that is pro-feminist, gay affirmative, anti-racist, dedicated to enhancing men's lives, and committed to justice on a broad range of social issues including class, age, religion, and physical abilities.
